Operations

RIECO Pesticides Formulation Plant:

At the heart of our agro-chemical handling is the RIECO Pesticides Formulation plant, equipped with an ultra-fine grinding Air Classifying Mill (ACM). This plant integrates several operations:

Pre-Blending: Ensures a seamless mixture of ingredients.
Grinding: Uses the ACM for ultra-fine results.
Classifying, Conveying, & Collecting: Ensures optimal output quality and transport.
Post-Blending: Maintains uniformity and homogeneity in the final product.

The Air Classifying Mill is adept at grinding a variety of agro chemicals, ensuring superior suspensibility in products. Our systems guarantee steep, uniform, and homogeneous particle size distributions, often referred to as suspension flow, where particles remain in suspension as they navigate the ducts.

Agro-chemicals, especially Technical & Mencozeb materials, carry explosion risks. RIECO prioritizes safety.
Explosion Prevention: Our systems are designed to safeguard both the equipment and personnel from potential explosions.

Special Conditions for Hygroscopic Materials: Urea-based materials, which are prone to absorb moisture, are ground under specific temperatures with all necessary safety measures in place.
