Types

Dual tunnel Diverter Valve

The Dual tunnel Diverter Valve is designed to divert/combine from one/two sources to two/one destinations in dilute or dense pneumatic transport of solids in powder or granular form.

Design Features:

  • Plug with two separate channels
  • Diverting angle of 35 0.
  • Shortest possible switch-over time as designed with two separate channels
  • No moving parts outside of the package unit
  • Delivery as package unit with dual solenoid, proximity switches and terminal box complete pre- piped and pre-wired.
  • Motorized as well as Electro Pneumatic operations of valve
  • Design pressure maximum 3.5 bar(g)
  • Designed for maximum solid temperature of upto 1200 C

Material of Construction:

  • Housing in Al-casting with inserted stainless-steel pipe
  • Side covers made of Al-casting
  • Plug and connectors made of stainless steel
  • Sealing by silicon-rubber
  • Area classification-safe (other area classification available on request)
Customized Diverter Arrangement

Diverter arrangement can be customized to transport from single point to multiple destinations in Powder Handling systems. Diverter arrangements like Y-piece along with Dome-shaped valve, KGV, Ball valve, Butterfly (BFV) arrangement can be custom designed to suit the application and process requirements.

Design Features:

  • Available in Material of construction – Mild Steel, Stainless steel and all special grade material
  • Operation – Manual, Electro Pneumatic and motorized.
  • Designed for Working pressure upto 10 bar (g)
  • Designed for gas/ solids temperatures of (-) 500 C to (+) 350 0 C

  • Housing in Mild Steel/Stainless steel/Special grade
  • Flap – Mild Steel /Stainless steel/Special grade

Flap Type Diverter Valve

Flap type diverter valve designed to divert the bulk material from one feeding point to two feeding point. Flap type diverter valve mounted vertically in discharge line.

Design Features:

  • Available in Leaver/manual, electro-pneumatically and motorized operated
  • Special lining/plating to be provided for abrasive material

Material of Construction:

  • Housing in Mild Steel /Stainless steel/special grade
  • Flap – Mild Steel /Stainless steel/special grade
  • Any other MOC available on request
Universal (STDV) Diverter Valve

The universal diverter valve, STDV is designed to divert/combine from one/two source to two/one destination in pneumatic transport of solids in powder and granular form.

Design Features:

  • Common housing, plug, side plates with changeable pipe part
  • All solid contact part made of stainless steel
  • Operation – Electro-pneumatic
  • No moving parts outside of the package unit
  • Designed for Working pressure upto 6 bar (g)

Material of Construction:

  • Housing in Al-casting with inserted stainless-steel pipe
  • Side covers made of Al-casting
  • Shaft and bolt made of stainless steel
  • Plug AL with SS insert
RE Type Diverter Valve

Specially designed to suit abrasive material applications. Dome type construction is used for diverting one stream to another. This type of diverter valve is constructed in cast iron.

Design Features:

  • Plug with two separate channels
  • Diverting angle of 35 0.

  • No moving parts outside of the package unit
