Rieco Industries Ltd is searching for an accomplished and forward-thinking Head of Chemicals Unit to lead and expand our presence in the chemical industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the unit, managing operations, and achieving growth targets within the chemical sector. As the Head of Chemicals Unit, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our position in the chemical market.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the unit's strategic plan, defining the vision, mission, and objectives in alignment with the company's overall goals.
Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets within the chemical sector.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of professionals within the Chemicals Unit, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Sales and Marketing: Drive sales efforts, oversee marketing strategies, and build strong customer relationships to achieve revenue and market share targets.
Operations Management: Oversee all unit operations, including production, quality control, procurement, and logistics, to ensure efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-effective measures to optimize profitability.
Compliance and Quality: Ensure that all Chemicals Unit activities adhere to regulatory standards, quality control processes, and industry best practices.
