Engineering Head - Bio Energy Solutions

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement the strategic vision for the Bioenergy Solutions division, aligning with the overall goals of Rieco Industries Limited.
• Provide strong leadership to the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration.

Technical Expertise:

• Technical & Process expertise to include detailed engineering knowledge of the Bioenergy applications like global ethanol industry having multi-feed multi-product plants, upgradation of such plants, renewable fuels like Bio CNG, iso-butanol etc. The conversion of non-food biomass like non-eatable agricultural and forestry residues into advanced bioethanol as drop-in fuel and knowledge of Compressed Biogas (CBG): Biomethane produced by anaerobic digestion of Agri-residues/organic.
• Have deep technical and Process knowledge in Bioenergy Solutions to provide guidance and support to the engineering team.
• Proficiency in the Engineering Standards and Practices associated with Bioenergy applications and solutions.
• Reviewing and laying out requirement specifications, drawings, documents, and calculations.
• Oversee project execution activities, including basic and detail engineering, raw material requirements, schedules, specifications, and interdepartmental coordination.
• Facilitate customer interaction, drawing approvals, and technical assistance during erection and commissioning.
• Ensure seamless engineering interface with Structural, Civil, Electrical & Instrumentation, Manufacturing, Suppliers, and Customers.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure Rieco Industries remains at the forefront of innovation.

• Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting continuous learning and skill development.

Quality and Safety:

• Uphold and enforce strict quality and safety standards across all Bioenergy projects.
• Implement and monitor procedures to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations

Continuous Improvement:

• Drive continuous improvement processes, including equipment development, optimization, and conceptualization. Conduct design calculations, analysis, and detailed engineering.
