Machine shop Supervisor for Hammer manufacturing

Location :- Alandi, Pune.

Education :- BE Mechanical

Experience :- 3 to 4 years

Roles & Responsibilities :-

1. Supervise the production team for hammer manufacturing.
2. Assist with the Production planning team to achieve daily targets.
3. Display daily/weekly/monthly production.
4. Display Planned vs Actual production.
5. Display OEE of all machines.
6. Training & development of operators to ensure proper execution of the defined process.
7. Monitoring daily incoming raw material & dispatch finish goods.
8. Cycle time calculation of new product.
9. Preparation of flow charts for all process.
10. 5’s Activity.
