Normally this type of system are done when customer receives material/powders in bulk through tankers and once the bulker/tanker is received at site, the same is connected through flexible hoses to a silo and silo’s are normally designed based on customer’s requirement or storage. The prime mover (compressor/ Roots blower) is used to convey/pressurize the Tanker to a certain pressure & the whole tanker gets discharged within a certain time (normally based on tanker capacity).<br> E.g. Wheat flour is one application where the tanker is received normally 17MT tanker which is unloaded in 80-90 mins.<br><br> Other Applications: Lime unloading, fly ash, cement etc.
